Is Lofaz free to use?
Yes. Every plan is free until we start charging, and we will tell you at least 30 days before any charge. Forever Free has no time limit. Paid plans (Starter ₹499, Growth ₹999, Pro ₹1,999 a month) are planned for later.
Do I need technical knowledge to set up a store?
Not at all. Lofaz is designed for everyone. Just download the app, fill in your details, and your store is live.
Can I accept online payments?
Online payments are coming soon. Today your customers pay you directly (UPI, cash or as you tell them on WhatsApp), and you record the payment on the order in your seller panel.
How do I share my store with customers?
Every store gets a unique link. Share it on WhatsApp, Instagram, or anywhere online to start getting orders.
Can I manage multiple product categories?
Absolutely. You can create and manage unlimited categories to keep your catalog organised and easy to browse.
